Probably. That approach has consistently worked on me before.

Functionally, it looks like a solid shoe, especially in winter. Look at the aggro tread on the bottom. They look well sealed. The ratchet closure looks durable. Reinforced toe gor DH. Perfect for the days you pedal up to do trailwork for just a couple hours. If they are waterproof huge bonus. Give em a chance, though any other color than neon enduro yellow would be better.
It's by DeWalt, right? Are the batteries rechargeable? Do they come with drill points?
Yeah, does this have a hammer drill / clutch function?
...wait. Why do you want huge lugs on the bottom of a shoe you use on pedals again?
