I hope you weep when you see demonstrations of bike skill like this:
Orange Dirt World Team - That Flippin' Five a
mountainbiking video by CaldwellVisuals
Also that looked like way more fun than anything I rode today on THE SHORE!!!
They say "don't meet your heroes." It's kind of like that, although the ladder bridges and skinnies have been the funnest parts so far. By far.

that's pretty sad that you enjoyed ladders bridges and rock paths over dirt. Although there is no dirt so my point is useless.
Looking for flow on CBC was a poor choice. You should have consulted the Local's Guide to North Shore Rides, or hooked up with a guide from Endless Biking.
Sooo... how many grams of meth do I have to smoke to ride like that? I've said it before and I'll say it again, Charlie you are great at finding videos of riders who are better than you.
$200/hr for a slow guided tour of well marked trails sounds like a fantastic deal!!
Go over to Cypress you pussy.
So pro...WTB logo lined up with Maxxis logo. Feel better meow?
I like how a guy who hates shitty slow trails beat most of the entire field of racers, many of whom on their home trails.
How does it feel to get beat by Geoff Kabush at a non-xc race? lololol
Charlie you are a tool, that video was totally a copy of most 2000's skateboard cinematography. Plus, most of those trails looked like they sucked, if you weren't fooled by the 2 second clip montage. Does the exhaust in your shitty rattle can painted van leak, 'cause you seem high.
mountain biking should copy skateboarding as much as possible, because let's face it, mountain bikers are either dorks or bros.
Ha ha, I worked on cbc with king trail builder j and the best crew during the fall of '01 - was paid by the district and metro - j found a huge cedar giant fallen decades before - we used to run bundles of the cut blocks down a zip line for the swamp bridge - we even found some gold for a section of trail - hadn't been up there in a decade - only difference I noticed was that the gerbil cage was gone - and a nice new ladder bridge roller was put onto the entrance of the huge log bridge - and yeah, there is no speed/flow, lol - still good for old school - ps, my favourite seymour trail is nice and flowy, and goes forvever
